  • Since this massive "update" its become the most unusable version of this app ever. Buses appear one day and not the next, you try to look up the timetable and it downloads a pdf that can't be opened (which isn't helped by arriva taking down all the physical timetables and replacing them with ads for this junk) and the live tracking seems completely unreliable too. Bring back the old app for those that prefer it.

  • It's difficult to know which is rarer: the app working properly or the bus actually coming... On a number of occasions my ticket has decided not to show up, necessitating restarting the app. On a number of other occasions, the app itself has decided not to load up at all, requiring me to restart my entire phone. This is particularly problematic when you're preparing to board the bus. The number of times it says a bus is coming when it is not is also annoying and needs to be sorted out ASAP.

  • Complete con. Had an issue after reinstalling app where it would no longer accept the barcode on the bus. Tried reinstalling again and now not allowed to activate the ticket because "Ticket was recently transferred to a new device and so cannot be activated". I played £72 for this what are you talking about cannot be activated. It is linked to my email address. Con artists. Absolute trash. I am not paying again.

  • App has crashed. Company says they are aware of the issue but it's now been 2 days. I can't even relog in and buy a ticket (I had uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would work originally and was obviously signed out as a result). It's ironic this issue has occurred shortly after a 'bug fix'. It's fustraiting especially as I'll have to pay more for a ticket to work just because their app is so broken.

  • This is dreadful, I believe it's an update or replacement for a previous version. Used to have a Live Map Facility in the old version which was excellent, you could track the bus from before it came to your stop through to your destination. The new version seems to have something similar but it's very hit and miss, sometimes it shows where the bus is supposed to be, othertimes nothing. Come on developers, get your act together and produce a reliable app. 500 Crs not enough to say how bad this is

  • Appaling. Not only does it predict delays inaccurately, it also crashes far too frequently and the map is totally inaccurate (it shows buses far from their actual location). The bus service in my area is bad enough as it is, with buses failing to appear and delays an everyday occurrence, as well as the bus timetable innacurate and unreliable. I keep having this issue with the bus location, and I cannot rely on this app at all for bus times, locations and delays. Fix this.
