  • This app drains my phone ridiculously fast. Which is really inconvenient seeing as the country is experiencing heavy loadshedding at the moment. It's also not possible to submit a claim through this app. If you phone the claims number on the app, you have to go through about 4 automated steps to be directed to a call center person. The whole process seems unnecessarily cumbersome.

  • Since the app updated I won't let me go in. I need to submit a claim and can only do it on the app which won't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. I sent this review almost 2 months ago. I have emailed and spoken on the phone but still nobody is helping and I still can't get into this app. I have just done another update and it is still not working. One pays so much money for a service but you don't get any help.

  • This app is useless, if they assign an operator or consultant they never make contact. You end up being the one having to make telephonic follow ups then what is this useless app for. I am so annoyed by this process in my previous experience of claims with 1st for Women i never experience such incompetence and ignorance. Why did i even bother adding my home contents insurance with you

  • Although most of the functions work on the app, I am highly irritated by the travel monitoring as I can not use my GPS on my phone, it interferes with Google maps when it decides to monitor the trip. Well as soon as that star comes up on the phone, I get notifications that Google has stopped, email has stopped etc please rectify this or I'll have to turn these functions off, and that defeats the purpose.

  • Firstly while I was trying to do vehicle inspection the app kept on closing. Ended up not doing it unfortunately got an accident the same day which I'm waiting for outcome on, secondly the app says that my claim has been finalized and someone will call me, and when I call the call center my claim is still being processed and I was told it cannot be that the app says that because his screen doesn't show that, then I sent the screen shot to the person who did not even bother to come back to me.
