  • Looks really nice but is completely useless. Can't place an order for pickup at all. Stops at the point of placing a secure order and does nothing when you hit the button. Good way to encourage customers to go somewhere else for their chicken.

  • I always order on the app, but it doesn't allow you to make your drink a large. It defaults to small and won't change

  • App is great, food is great. I would just really LOVE if you had a side of Cajun gravy as an option for dipping sauce. They never let me call and add it after using the app. I'd definitely order more if it was an option!

  • The app is ok when it works, but it often freezes or gets in a pending order state. Also, often unresponsive.

  • Had to restart the app several times to place one order. Doesn't seem to match items available in store, so people in our group had to compromise. Order completion page missing order no., order method, and estimated pickup time.

  • Terrible app with locations. Trying to switch from Delivery to Pickup and met with never ending spins on trying to locate a store. Even when i manually put in the City, it still spins endlessly. Ended up having to go to the website and place order instead
