  • Does not retreive current state of the blinds. Old app did that properly. So when using it from remote location you are not sure if blind is actually opened or closed. A BIG BIG NO NO. Also interface in app is inferior to tahoma classic: if you have a room with multiple blinds and you want to half open them all at once exactly the same YOU CAN NOT DO IT in new app (you will have to create a scene). HOW THIS IS AN UPGRADE !? Can I migrate back to tahoma classic ?! ..........Somfy F I X I T !!!!

  • Actions related to sunrise & sunset no longer work and would be far less flexible than before if they did.

  • Good app, works perfectly fine... BUT. It doesn't show the opening percentage in our smartphones while setting up the roller screens. We got in touch with Customer Service in July 2022 to let them know about this, and nothing has been done ever since.

  • Using the app for 4 months now. If I want to get real state of devices, I need to close the app and start it again. Opening from bg does not refresh the actual status. Scheduled scenarios are enabling and disabling as they want. Probably problem connected with app refresh issue mentioned above. Review of history actions or planned actions is not good. I need to see what action exactly is planned or was executed. Info that "Event 3" was executed or is planned, is useless.
