  • My Edited Review: u need 100k points to even start to Redeem anything. I've been using this app for abt 6 months. I used to get between 30 to 80 points (after watching an Ad to double the points). When I got to 90k, I started only getting 1 to 4 points per scan, which is depressing. Idk if I can or want to continue, it's not fun anymore.

  • Barely ever get points for items on receipts. I'm constantly having to adjust or wait for items to be adjusted. Half the time it doesn't register and after contacting customer support they ask for receipt dates/ totals/ store, etc after submitting 10 plus a night it's a hassle to go back, adjust, and now give all the same info to customer support. I've been using this app for over a year and haven't redeemed anything yet and honestly it feels like a hassle at this point. After I've referred many

  • The last 2 times I had enough points to earn a gift card, instead of fulfilling the offer, they delete 30,000+ of my points and say that one or more of my recepts violated their policy. Total BS. Used to be a good app even though it takes a long time to accumulate enough points. Useless now. Last time I had them review the decision and they stood their ground no gift card. We'll see this time! Super frustrated.

  • No longer picks up Instacart! For about 30 days, Instacart hasn't been picked up through my email. They then want you to send the receipts to them, so they can check them. To make it worse, they then tell you to send each receipt in a separate email. The dates I sent the receipts in all show dates within the tolerant they request. I shouldn't have to do that for them. Why can't they fix the issue with Instacart? I've done so many orders since this app screwed up & none of them have been added.

  • I enjoyed the app, a lot of my usual purchases were brands that earn extra points. I was in the Mt dew rewards club which seems to have been phased out. What gives? I feel like things have changed and not in a good way. I used to average 100+ points for a single receipt but for several months 25 points each receipt is the sad norm. It's not worth the time and I can't recommend it with a very good grade. Sorry, but I wish you hadn't changed the incentives.

  • New Update! Every so often, checking digital receipts will show 0 for Amazon. I have to disconnect and reconnect my account, and then Fetch will find the missing purchases. Still annoying to be an issue for so long. Updating my review to reflect recent changes. Amazon purchases are being counted again. They accept every receipt I've thrown at them. Each receipt nets you 2.5 cents minimum. Customer support isn't educated about their service beyond their FAQ. Good service, pretty much non existe
