  Worst app ever..... what's the point of making it a free app if every second option is only for premium. You can't hear a specific part of the song, can't see the lyrics, can't download any song and even after sometime you can't even listen to the songs you want to, a pop up appears saying, "choose songs for tomorrow or try the premium to listen whatever and whenever you want". Absolute hell... This app was a lot better 2 years ago when non premium users also had good experiences.

  Downloaded music doesn't stay downloaded. This has happened to about half the people I know who have Spotify across android, apple, different phone models etc. It's such a basic feature which you have to pay for and doesn't work reliably. It makes me want to go back to mp3s on a usb drive. Note, it used to work all the time so maybe one day they'll fix it.

  The free version is practically useless for how i listen to music. You cant queue songs or pick a song to listen to. You can only shuffle playlists. The audio quality is not good. The songs were compressed so much that there is no depth in them. Youtube music has more ads and somtimes doesnt have lyrics but it is much better overall, since you acually pick what you want to listen to, and the songs are good quality.

  Hi I just started using this app this year. And I love it. But after recent update, I can't seem to like it anymore. I'm a free user so I don't mind the ads but what I DON'T like is the SHUFFLE. Sure I can skip (limited), but I wish I can just play the songs whenever I want. Especially if I want to listen this 1 song. Also when I search new songs, different songs came out. Even this is in shuffle mode. Why? It used to be so easy to find songs. Now this app is not user-friendly anymore.

  Great app, but I have a problem with it. A big one. I add songs to a playlist and hit play, but one or two of the songs IVE picked actually play. Then it skips to some random song that's not there. That leads to me skipping to actually get to the songs on my playlist, using up my skips until it say "uh oh, you need premium." It's one problem, but a huge one that effects my whole listening.

  Geez. After the update of the app, my listening experience has turned bad. They limited the lyrics and you can't even choose a song in your playlist cause its just randomly play a given song in a playlist,plus it is so annoying. But the app is good for listening music, podcasts, etc. Only if you're a person who has so much patience for the amount of ads.
