  • Please understand the people who use app like this are usually rare or never go to gym, so more friendly guide and risk free exercises are preferable. So far some exercises are too hard and the guide/videos are too fast. If you can fix this I probably consider to continue, but otherwise I will find other apps. Thank you.

  • The first 12 minutes showed me just how out of shape I really am. It's easy enough to keep up with and it's straight forward. I like that they provide a video demonstration to show you what to do as well as a timer to let you know how long you've got. Great app.

  • great app love the different features, even adds meal prep. only downside is all the workouts I have had so far only let you add up to 99lbs. please add the ability to add triple digits weights for the workouts.
