  • I played this on release and I'm glad they removed the silly lighting effects that appeared after throwing punches, I still don't know what they were thinking with the control scheme and flying across the cage to land a punch. It feels like a watered down version of the first game, while it has a lot more fights to offer and an updated roster, they've give a lot less customization for fighter move sets and upgrades. It's a shame they removed the first game.

  • The range and control of the fighters' strikes are not good. It's like three strike combinations that you don't get to choose and the game's reaction time for throwing strikes is slower than in the previous game. It was way better in this regard. The game areas are confusing too. It's a different setup which is interesting but it's not a better game than the last one. Use the old controls and abilities format and it would be awesome!

  • This game sucks a$$ to play the ufc legends you need to have your fighters up at 700 but how can you get them there if the coins you win a fight they only give you

  • To start, I did NOT play the original version so I am coming in with fresh eyes. The menu designs, graphics, and overall app performance are pretty great. Where the game falls short for me is the actual gameplay within the octagon. Compared to other games on the market, this falls on its face. The lack of control and responsiveness are major turnoffs. Lots left to be desired in that regard. I also don't like that the term "raid" is used. It doesn't make any sense in the context of the UFC sport.

  • The first UFC game from Electronic Arts was a masterpiece. Everything about the game had been well thought out. The game play was sublime, amazing control and movement of the characters, the layout, everything. Sadly, last year, they stopped the live events and new characters, making the game worse. This new version buries it. It is terrible in every way. The gameplay is disgracefully bad. A shadow of the original. I won't play it anymore. Please restore the original.
