  • LOVE the game. The only issue that I keep dealing with is that the game freezes constantly, making it barely tolerable. Eventually I just stop playing when it gets annoying. UPDATE: FEB 1, 2024 - Demoted from 3 stars to 2 stars. Players don't play and it takes them 5 min to play a card. Not worth the wait. UPDATE: FEB 13,2024 - Bumped it back to 3 stars. Game doesn't freeze as much anymore.

  • Mtg is fun to play but this app runs like garbage, crashes constantly on pretty much any android phone. Wizards has a history of bloated software and suboptimal coding on all apps.. hopefully they farm this out to some actually talented devs at some point as these crashes have been happening for years unfixed on multiple different Samsung phones for me.

  • I love MTG. but this game feels fixed. It is a numerical impossibility to play 12 games and start with only two mana in a mono-color deck. In one game, I mulliganed three times but wound up with only two mana. I have screenshots to prove it. If it were to happen on different separate occasions but it probably happened like 8 times straight. That has never, EVER happened to me in real life. Not 8 times straight. If I wanted to be associated with a statistical impossibility it'd be the lottery.

  • Came back to try it out again, and it was fun for a while, until I started facing the new cards. It keeps getting more unbalanced, with some new cards absolutely breaking the game. It kind of started with the Lord of the Rings cards, but new dinos throw all reason to the wind. I would've thought that balancing was important to a game like this, but I just played against a deck that destroyed me in 5 turns. My opponent could have done it in three, but I guess he wanted to keep going.

  • Game keeps crashing. For a game I spent money on this really grinds my gears. Please fix. When it does work, it's a great game. It's Magic after all, but it crashes constantly. Sometimes only seconds after opening the app. This is beyond ridiculous. I have a brand new Galaxy S24 Ultra, so I know it's the app and not my phone. Plus, there are countless complaints from other reviews. Devs, please take notice!

  • I played the game long enough to deal with the randomization of the draw. I even reached mythic rank. I was ok with that until for weeks, I got maybe 20 actual games per week out of hundreds. Most of the time, I or the opponent would draw too many lands or no lands. After weeks of losing 20 games in a row, for this reason, I deleted the game. When you can only play 1 game per 20 games, it becomes a waste of time. You also encounter OP extremely expensive(real money) decks.
