  • Until 2 weeks ago I would have given this app a 5. I then got a replacement credit card - same number but a different expiry and CVV number. I updated to the details on the app but it now declines the card each time. I checked with the bank which had no record of declining a transaction. It must be an app problem as my new card works on the website. Have tried deleting and reloading but get the same issue.

  • It takes a full 5 minutes to buy a ticket. Even though I load tickets directly onto my smart card, half the time the card doesn't work at the gate. Often an error comes up while buying tickets "something went wrong try later" but then I get an email through saying the booking was successful. Worst app ever

  • brilliant app and convenient. The only downside is the app doesn't come with the option to cancel plan(s) and there's no return money option within the app. For the return policy I had to call c2c customer care . Although it was lengthy, I successfully managed to return my cancellation plans (booked two tickets by mistake). Brilliant service.Welk done.

  • Unusable. The lag is so bad I cant even put the train route in without it throwing me out or freezing all together, the app has also never accepted any of my payments, it's such a hassle tying to input any data in this app. I'll just use the website instead.

  • Finally! The latest app update actually allows using daily tickets with the smartcard. When using NFC to load a new ticket directly from your phone to the smartcard, it now successfully deletes the old expired tickets before trying to load the new one! Only tested that with daily tickets myself, so I can't say if they have fixed it for other ticket types or if they have fixed the same problem on the ticket machines.

  • Aweful, not sure if it's just my phone, but for me, when trying to purchase a return ticket from my town to London, it tried to charge £277, instead of the 20 so pounds it usually is. Been a while since I've used c2c due to covid, but I'm sure it's not increased that much haha.
