  • no way to change time of boiler, or to just put on for an hour at unplanned times on demand. pretty useless, prefer my 30 year old manual timer that allowed easy 1hr demands.

  • We really like the app but you should put more time options instead of just 2. I would like to program the timer at morning, midday and evening but I need to change it at some.piint every bloody day and sometimes the heating it's on when we don't need it (because we forget about it) and sometimes the house is freezing cold for the same reason. Change that please, I'm sure it's not a big deal for you, guys.

  • Complected (non user friendly), initial set-up takes weeks, adding accessories takes weeks as you have to create x2 email addresses for vguide and vcare apps!!!. So 0/10 stars for app but boiler is 10/10. I would highly advise viessman to recreat app.
