  • I cant use cash and have to use a half baked app. Another useless no value add sexy project by kcuts management but does not improve neither customer exp or kcut ground staff work process flow. Instead inconvenience caused to customers and confusion to staff as we watch them fumble with their queue management. Cut hair once a month and now need to waste my hp storage for your app. Well done

  • Thanks but no thanks. I entered your shop and left almost immediately. I only wanted a simple haircut and now I need to install an app and volunteer so much personal details. What's more I need to key in my credit card details. I decided to go QB house instead

  • Terrible experience. Kept telling me that my session expired at login. Paying cash is much faster but staff insisted that I should use the app. Frustrated why i cannot use cash, I went to another place for my haircut.

  • Was initially quite irritated that the shop force and insist customers to install app in order to have a haircut. Now that I have it installed, realised that it is a convenient tool. Can monitor the queue, so no need to waste time waiting.

  • I didn't really have as many issues as others, but the skip the queue function seems really questionable to me. It's impossible to plan your haircut when someone can just extend your waiting time by 15 minutes at any time.
