  • Searching for a car is hard, beginning trip is hard at night with low lighted areas that I need to chat with their cs (in app live chat is buggy, but calling them is great, super helpful); but once you get into the car everything works perfectly. The app works with what I presume some OBD thing in the car that emulates the presence of key fob so we don't need to carry a car key around, and even in underground parking I have no troubles lock/unlocking the car with its bluetooth mode

  • Couldn't even sign up on the app. Take a picture of you IC and drivers license. OK. Upload them. OK. Uploaded 100% except it wouldn't continue to the next page. Tried over wifi. Tried over data. Always uploaded 100% but never moves on. Basically, can't use the app for the original purpose because I can't even sign up on it.

  • The current apps doesn't support traveller anymore as we not able to choose the current location prior to our travelling date. It is impossible to hope there is car available at the airport if we can only book the car only when we arrive. *amend my star review because of the prompt respond. Thanks* Seems like new interface doesn't support location selection but the location can be chosen from the map.

  • Good app. One issue I have faced consistently though is that clicking the "upload additional photos" when starting a trip crashes the app. Has happened to me both at the start and end trip screens. I'm using Android 10 on the Google pixel 3.

  • Great car sharing app and experience! Convenient and easy to use. Variety of cars to choose from and also located almost everywhere. Reasonable pricing for hourly/daily rates, not to mention they always give out promo codes. Will definitely recommend!
