  • This app allowed me to book and pre pay for a space in a car park where there weren't actually any spaces available! Staff at the adjacent hotel told me this issue is an ongoing with Your Parking Space and has been reported numerous times, but no changes have been made to the way the car park is operated. There is obviously a huge flaw in their remote management system yet they continue to accept pre paid bookings at this site. I have not received any explanation or a refund yet. Very poor.

  • They took my prebooking very easily with some rapid support help. When I went to the car park serving the hotel it was an open one so you could just turn up and pay on site. So no spaces left for me. I had to go and pay at another remote carpark some distance away. I did eventually get a refund after complaining but why are they taking prebookings for an open car park in the first place. No trust in them after this and will not use again.

  • The app is easy to use, find spaces and book too. The problem is the reliability of the space owners. I have had four bookings in the last week for the 2022 Commonwealth Games and 2 were cancelled last minute and one I couldn't access due to road closures and the hotel hadn't sorted out the security clearance. Really unreliable experience. Not necessarily in control of the app but isn't worth booking spaces with it. Contact customer services is easy, getting a response is impossible. Not good.

  • Used the app twice. They gave the WRONG LOCATION twice! Tried to contact them but there's no phone number, their email address does not work and the app crashes when I use the contact link. Edit after response of YourParkingSpace below: I did send an email to the address you mentioned (as well as to other contact details I found, and your webform). I finally got a response to my question 5 days after I needed it. That means I may have parked illegally all the time. If you cannot provide the correct address, at least make sure you can be reached by your clients. GET A PHONE!

  • While booking a space and adding a new vehicle, you would think typing the reg in would select that vehicle. entering the new reg and then also selecting it seems like overkill, I wouldn't add a new vehicle if I wasn't using it. Paying for parking and getting a hefty fine, not impressed! Getting in contact with you guys is a pain too, the AI isn't great and having that 'never mind' button in a really easy place to press makes you start over again and again.

  • I thought that this was a great idea as i needed to park my car in Scotland for a couple of weeks but when using the "monthly " option if you don't then cancel the parking by the 2nd day you get charged for 2 months. This wasnt possible due to no signal /wifi. Which makes it very expensive. Clunky app where it is difficult to find the cancel button. There is no customer service, just generic responses that don't seem to listen to your complaint. Made me very cross. Won't use this again.
