  • i wish that the app had the ability to automatically check refund status daily or twice daily and send a notification when the status changes. to have to manually check almost defeats the purpose of the app when i can do the same in a web browser.

  • The status is just written as a standard format, this app is pretty familiar it's similar to all the other I. R. S. apps. These apps are available to the public just to shut us up and diverting us far far away from them, (I. R. S). We are just peons they don't want to deal with us unless we owe money of course, then they are ALL EARS! Same situation when you call the number you choose is just taking you further out and at the end they just disconnect your call.

  • Crazy easy if you know the three pieces of information you need. I don't understand the bad reviews; it was faster than logging on with the website. It does not ask for weird permissions as one reviewer stated. Just a fast way, easy way to check return status.

  • Information not correct. Using this app or the regular website I get the same message. Well it is because I called the IRS and it's correct. Still being processed no date. Been months. Filed w/ turbotax. Turbotax just took money out of my bank because refund still hasn't gone through. Wondering if it's everyone who filed w/ turbotax having issues. Waited this year to file. Accepted Apr 12th. It is now Jun 17th. This app is worthless thanks for wasting taxpayers money when I still have to call.

  • Sorry but this isn't working for me. I entered the correct year which is 2022, put my SS # in, my filing status and the amount and it says the info is incorrect. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and still nothing. I thought I was doing something wrong until I checked all the others on here having the same issue. So I checked my refund from 2021 and input that info in and it told me when I got that refund. Maybe they are too overwhelmed with people checking

  • App is useless. It doesn't give status of return, and doesn't give options of what to do if it can't find a status. The phone number option doesn't work either since the dialer doesn't work. Glad to see tax dollars hard at work on sup par products. But the website really insists on you using the app.
