  • So far B9 has truly been a lifesaver. I've been using online banks for several years now and I've used a couple different apps over that time. Overall experience B9 to me has definitely been the best. The only issue I have at this point is they aren't compatible with Plaid as of yet. Which is definitely a mark in the con box. Being able to link to Plaid on other apps has a huge advantage hopefully B9 fixes this . But with that being said that's the only disadvantage I've had since joining B9.

  • Not much of an experience so far. App won't scan my ID always saying it's to dark. I have tried every type of light possible. I have tried countless times, it just does not work. And I have been in contact with customer service. Talked to 4 different reps and they all say the same thing. Even the specialist they gave it too wrote back telling me to make sure I'm in a well lite area. I sent screenshots showing how perfectly lite and clear my ID was and still I only get the same answer.

  • Has bugs, I keep getting "something went wrong." When trying to log it. That's not a good feeling when trying to log into your account with your money in it. Please fix log in bug as well as the Advance glitch/bug I keep having to setup my direct deposit over and over. Really not a good feeling when I can't login to my account that hold my money. Once those things are fixed it will be a good app but right now it's not. Really considering closing my account
