  • After years of service I can fully state that this is no different from the other banks. Crud. The company used to be open to feedback; one of its unique highlights was the Trello development path. Now you talk to a bot. And have supposed balances without them being listed or shown. This often means lost money for hours to days. Not my banking style. I used to bank with koho for transparency. There's nothing transparent about bot chat support

  • I'm becoming disappointed with Koho as there are too many issues cropping up that are not the greatest. Their credit score is inaccurate, the credit build up is unfair as when one starts this it drops one's credit score by an average of 50 points. It's very slow to transfer funds to another bank and may not even go through and put back into the koho account. Want to start charging fees that do not pertain to nsf or overdraft charges. Don't protect the client from scams very well.

  • I honestly love this app better than a normal bank! The credit building plan in 2017 my credit score was 450 and today my credit score is 750 . Honestly amazing my pay comes in a day earlier :) 10 stars if I could!

  • E transfers take too long, they should be immediate not 90 minutes, every time it's 90 minutes never less, add the option to cancel the etransfer if it's taking too long. Could use some bug fixes like fingerprint access works 50/50 or restarts the app and requires me to type my password

  • I've been using it for a few weeks and it's working great for me so far. I did opt in for the credit line to build back my credit. It's a prepaid credit card and it better helps me to budget as you can only spend what you put in. Better than what the banks offer.
