  • Garbage company, just opened the account and deposited money, unexpectedly got an email that my account was closed a day later with no ryme or reason. Balance that I deposited was supposed to be refunded or mailed back to me within 7 days of account closure, it's been 4 weeks and no money has been mailed back to me. This company is suspicious and I wouldnt trust it if this is how they treat people's money, blatant robbery. Will be issuing a complaint to the FTC.

  • Onjuno is by far the BEST bank you could ever wish for. They have so many cash back incentives! You can pick your favorite stores you shop often & get cash back from that. You also get the highest percentage back for the cash you have in your account of ANY other bank. Customer service is FIVE STAR!! Very polite & they make sure things are resolved. I waited 8 months before giving this review so I could utilize all the account features & give my fullest, honest opinion. A bank like no other! ❤

  • I'd give less stars if I could. This is the worst banking app I've ever used. Customer Support will barely message you if have any problems with your account. Also if you ever decide to change your phone number they won't let you access your funds if that's your 2fa method. So yay me.... all my money is stuck in this useless account

  • If you want to push a buy button as in any other buy button that you would expect a quick transaction and then the money be taken from your account and then it's not actually put into the on juno account for 7 to 9 days this is great. Oh yeah and once it's put into your account if you try to do anything, transfer it to a wallet they suspend your account for suspicious activity so the only way to get your funds is to give them personal bank account statements driver's license and picture.
