  • This has been a good app after all this is my 7th time reloaning, I have a good credit staniding but its taking too long for the money to be disbursed. I needed it the same day I applied for it. It is not the same as it wa before. Ots a bit dissapointing. Its the 3rd day now and it still says issuing. What a mess. :(

  • Being a good payor is not a guarantee that you can reloan. Its a help actually cause if its a help they then accept the application. 3 times rejected. Good payor, advance payor but rejected 3 times. If theres 0 star or negative star that would be the best rate. They customer service but they cant help either. All they can say is system generated always. Give False hope to people who wants there help.

  • As of now, I rate this as ZERO. It says it's issuing but it's been a day I haven't received any notification and I haven't received the loan. I am worried now, it's a big amount. I tried to contact the customer service and also tried to email them but they are not responsive.

  • The collection department is forceful. Once I settle my bill, I will send complaint to SEC. I had already talked prior with a CS rep while the Collections department does not honor what was agreed. The contract had set penalties and I agreed with that. The nagging ang toxic calls is not necessary. The 2nd repayment is also a scam. It creates a misunderstanding on the borrower's part.

  • Stuck with the 2 weeks timeframe and interest are way freaking high. This would be the last time I'll be loaning to your app. Interest for 2 weeks is 2000+ No coupons or discounts, been loaning with you since april and there are still no discounts at all.

  • Your system sucks. I have been a loyal client since 2018. In the past I never delayed payments infact I paid in advance . but when I ask to extend time even there is an increase you would still keep on calling and demand payment. Sometimes the due date is not yet over but you bombarded me with your calls and messages . You are harassing me to get the payment. Your reps sucks and unprofessional. So yes , I will stop using your platform, fast cash , fast cash vip or snapera. Quit these apps now.
