  • BUY/SELL FEES: Very fair. WITHDRAWAL FEE: They recently raised it to 0.0002 BTC (over $7!): this is way too much, especially since Kraken does their withdrawals in bunches. WITHDRAWAL HOLD TIME: It takes 7 days after ACH deposit just to be able to withdraw crypto/USD. This is a massive annoyance. It only takes a day or two for my bank to clear the deposit to Kraken, so why do they need to hold my money for so long?? OVERALL: Good app but the withdrawal process is too costly and takes too long.

  • After years of having a pretty big Financial relationship with kraken, and the user of this app, I decided to update my review. I wish I'd given it fewer Stars before so I could give it more stars now than ever. There is room for Improvement, but they're not the type of company to waste a bunch of money on flash and trying to get you to spend money. They are the most trusted cryptocurrency Exchange in the world in my opinion as a US citizen interested in cryptocurrency. Lowest spread, clear-cut
