  • Abismal ok it's got all the functions but you can't logout you have to force the app to close or reboot your phone. I don't want my credit card app permanently logged in in my mobile even with encryption and biometrics running.

  • Awful App, what were you thinking John Lewis, I pay by full payment DD, yet the amount showing as being collected is £5, managed to have s chat with an operator said yes full amount of circa £450 will be collected, so why does it say £5, said aware of issue.... add a note to save people contacting you. Not a great start, I was being hassled to activate my card, numerous emails, did they not think about the postal strikes! Also, absolute nightmare to contact to reduce ridiculous limit given.

  • Weeks gone by now and still can't add the card to Google Wallet. I can add the old Partnership card (just tried) no problem, but when I try and add the new card, I get a message saying "this phone can't be set up for contact less payments" But I use my phone for contactless payments!

  • I really like the John Lewis partnership card. It's interest free if you pay off the balance each month and the best part is you get John lewis and waitrose vouchers every 3 months if you buy from John Lewis and waitrose. so win win. kind of free money. the App is really good and easy to use.
