  • The app itself is really good. The UI is clean and easy to use. Bluetooth connection works quickly for iphone11 and One+ 7Pro between the bike and heart rate monitor. 3 stars because the instructors are not clear in verbage and when you only have one view it's hard to tell what they're asking of you. I would rather listen to my own music off tempo due to instructors choice in music and also the sound quality is terrible unlike competitors of the same price or more expensive.

  • No support for kindle fire HD10? This would be a five star app if we could get support for this tablet. it works just fine on my phone, but i really wish i could use the bigger screen. Fire10 runs on android 5.0 but this app requires at least 6.0. please add in this compatibility, this would be awesome! otherwise the app is easy to use, runs smoothly and i havent had any other issues. i sent them an email about firehd compatibility and they replied right away. awesome!

  • This has to be the worst fitness app on the market! I love the bike, but the way this app buffers during a ride makes it absolutely useless. I'm better off using a different app and third party sensors. There's really no point in me continuing to pay for a membership that I can't even use! Edit: I'm familiar with how the internet works. The app freezes and/or crashes using both my home wireless network and my mobile data. It is definitely an app issue.

  • I love my rower but the app is very frustrating to work with. Multiple times it has not shown a class I have completed in the 'progress' section and in challenges. During classes your spot on the leader board is moving back and forth from last to your actual spot on the leaderboard constantly. The app is overall not very intuitive and unmotivating knowing that there is a decent chance your workout won't even be tracked.

  • Okay app, missing basic features. - Can't use back button on Android. Must use on screen menu. It's an Android, not an iPhone. - When scrolling through classes... If you select a class to see the playlist and rating, then go back (no back button), the list is scrolled to the top. This is terrible because you then need to scroll back down to where you were. - It would be nice to be able to pick multiple options in the filters (more than one instructor or genre)...way easier.

  • Without doubt, one of the most unusable and broken apps I've ever had the misfortune of using- and unfortunately, the bike cannot use or adjust resistance at all if the app stops working, which it does CONSTANTLY. The app is so bad it makes perfectly functional equipment fail to be as useful. I cannot overstate how awful this app is in every possible aspect. Wow. I'm at a loss for words, genuinely.
