  • Too much hassle if paying with cash..pump station operator need to fill in the details on separate machine before scanning the qr code..it takes too much time.. it's quite bugging if you are at a busy pump station..also the scanning machine couldn't pickup the qr code if using this app in dark mode..and it only shows the nearest station when you're already at the station

  • Very ackward apps which doesn't allow for minimization and exit "X" button. Need some improvement especially during login with email OTP verification code viewing which need to switch to email apps.

  • Please improve your app. Always cannot be using during peak hours like off working timing. So stressed to use this app especially when long queue in station. Even already updated to latest app version

  • The app actually not convenient to use especially if you are paying with cash. Too much hassle to scan on a separate machine where the operator in charge has to fill in the details manually. As of today, unable to launch app and will shut off automatically.

  • Useless. Entered my location and asked for nearby fuel locations. It gave me places 400km from me. It won't tell me current fuel price at the local caltex?? Why use the app then? 7/11 fuel app gives prices for 5 places in a 10km radius and allows you to lock in cheapest price. Go back and start again.

  • Great for discount, but the QR rarely works when the attendant tries to scan it! Ridiculously, they then get counselled for giving the discount manually! This is only my experience from a new Caltex in a very small community. Haven't used at any other locations
