  • No way to turn off push adverts. Still getting push adverts, even if all marketing settings are off. Slow loading in app Still not possible a year later. I want push for renewal so turning off is not an option

  • This app is not fit for purpose, you'd think a network going through a massive rebrand would put more effort into their app but clearly not. It never logs in, always gives "unknown error", just bad.

  • it takes 48 seconds for the app to load.. another 48 seconds to switch page..my auto renew is set up but every month my account expires..who are the developers..a transition year class !!!!

  • Fuming. I went to Paris for work on 14th, couldnt access Internet, then London in the 18th. It still wouldn't work even though I went onto speak with someone when I accessed free wifi. And it wasn't as easy as they make out. Feel like leaving don't be fooled by the 2 euro cheaper it's so bad. How am I supposed to open the app if I don't have Internet? Update a week later. It won't even register Internet now without WiFi. Stay away

  • Great price mobile phone package but app needs to be sorted ASAP. Worked before but lately, can't access downloaded app on my phone but can access my computer or via Google on my phone. Please get this sorted ASAP otherwise I can't top up and check my membership. Kept saying "Error occurred - Unable to login" 16 April 2022.
