  • I have 16 items in my cart. I tap to go to cart and it says let's start your order. Will not let me retrieve my items to check out. This is why I hate updates!!!

  • Items on my Kroger shopping list automatically show up on the Harris Teeter app shopping list. When I try to delete them from the HT app they disappear from my Kroger app shopping list. Harris Teeter and Kroger may be part of the same company BUT they carry different items or the same items at different prices with different promotions. It's annoying and inefficient to have items pop up on a list that aren't relevant. Please make the shopping lists independent and thereby useful.

  • It won't let me log into my account. When it sends me codes to change password, it says its expired. I'm frustrated! Hope this doesn't affect me in the store!
