  • The design space app was great for the first few weeks. However, now it crashes quite literally every 2 or 3 minutes. The add text function has been malfunctioning and being difficult. I'm unable to get anything done. Between this and the difficulty getting my supply shipment (that I ordered from the cricut website) sent to me, I'm really starting to regret my cricut purchase.

  • Android User Worst app ever with the worst experience why I can't I create an image using my own fonts, upload it to the canvas without it saying I need a higher image resolution even when my pictures are clear they seems to pop up on the canvas blurry did I really waste my money

  • It's sad that I pay for a subscription and it won't even stay connected to Bluetooth. It's the only thing on my phone where I have to unpaired it for each project I try to cut, then it will take forever to connect. I know it's the app because I have no issues with anything else I have on Bluetooth. I also tried different devices and it's the same on all of them.

  • Even with the most up to date version of the app, when I try to creat my own project in the canvas nothing will add to canvas. Text. Images. Nothing. I actually hate having to use my cricuit now.

  • The machine itself is temperamental and constantly disconnects from whatever electronic (laptop/ phone) it is supposed to be connected to. The mobile app and the laptop app don't have the same functionality, such that you cannot do everything on one app. The customer service is slow to respond. Save your money and go with a different company.

  • The app crashes constantly when I'm trying to design anything. It starts by getting slower like not changing the font as fast and then it crashed completely. Once that is fixed I'd really appreciate to finally get the snapmat feature for android. It is so useful for using up material scraps but I no longer have an apple device and keep waiting for the feature here...
