2020-2021 INFINITI Q50, Q60, QX50, and QX80 do not support INFINITI InTouch Services.

The INFINITI InTouch Services app allows remote access to your INFINITI. Use the app to start your vehicle**, lock and unlock the doors, sound the horn or receive roadside assistance.

INFINITI InTouch Services includes a one-year trial period of all features on equipped new vehicles. An active subscription to INFINITI InTouch Services is required to receive service.

SECURITY
At the touch of a button – or automatically in the event of an airbag deployment – INFINITI InTouch Services specialists can request response services, connect you to roadside assistance, or help the police locate your vehicle in the unfortunate event that it becomes stolen. You can also receive alerts if your vehicle’s alarm is triggered:
