1.JOE LAU, COFOUNDER AND CTO, ALCHEMY
Joe Lau is the co–founder and CTO of Alchemy, a blockchain–based protocol for powering decentralized applications. He is a veteran in the blockchain space and was an early adopter of Bitcoin. Prior to Alchemy, he was CTO of Chain.com and the co–founder and CTO of Apture.
He has extensive experience in software engineering, having held engineering roles at Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo! He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
2.YAT SIU, COFOUNDER, ANIMOCA BRANDS
Yat Siu has over 25 years of experience in digital media, mobile and internet. He is the co–founder of Animoca Brands, a leader in the field of digital entertainment, gamification, and blockchain. Animoca Brands is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: AB1).
Yat is also the founder and chairman of Outblaze Ventures, a venture capital firm with a focus on early stage investments in digital media, mobile, internet, and tech related start–ups. Yat is a founding member of the Blockchain Association of Hong Kong, and serves on the Advisory Board of DoraHacks, a global hackathon platform.
3.JOHN WU, PRESIDENT, AVA LABS
John Wu is the President of Ava Labs and the co–founder of the AVA blockchain platform. He is a computer science graduate from Stanford University and has a wealth of experience in the blockchain world. He has worked on projects for the Ethereum Foundation, Hyperledger, and ConsenSys.
He is a recognized leader in the blockchain industry and has been featured in numerous publications, including Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and CNBC.
4.MICHAEL GRONAGER, COFOUNDER AND CEO, CHAINALYSIS
Michael Gronager is the cofounder and CEO of Chainalysis, a blockchain analytics firm. He is a prominent figure in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space and has been featured in numerous publications, including Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times.
Gronager is passionate about using blockchain technology to build products that can make a positive impact on the world. He has a deep understanding of the technology and its potential to revolutionize the way people interact with each other and transact with each other. Gronager is a frequent speaker at blockchain and cryptocurrency conferences and events around the world.
5.JEREMY ALLAIRE, COFOUNDER AND CEO, CIRCLE
Jeremy Allaire is the cofounder and CEO of Circle, a financial technology company that provides consumers and businesses with a suite of products and services built on blockchain technology. Allaire is also a venture partner at General Catalyst, a venture capital firm focused on early–stage investments in technology companies.
Prior to Circle, Allaire was the founder and CEO of Brightcove, an online video platform. Allaire is a graduate of MIT and has served on the boards of several technology companies, including Akamai Technologies and CloudFlare.
6.ALEX SVANEVIK, COFOUNDER AND CEO, NANSEN
Nansen is an artificial intelligence platform for recruiting and talent management. We use machine learning to evaluate resumes, job postings, and other data to match candidates to the best job opportunities.

9.RYAN WYATT, CEO, POLYGON
Ryan Wyatt is the CEO of Polygon, a leading blockchain–based platform for the development, deployment and management of decentralized applications. He is a veteran entrepreneur and investor with more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry.
Prior to joining Polygon, Ryan was the CEO of the venture–backed startup, R3CEV, and was previously the co–founder and CEO of Digital Asset Holdings, a financial technology company focused on the blockchain and distributed ledger space.
He has also served as the COO of TradeStation, the Head of Business Development at Google’s Financial Products division, and worked at IBM. Ryan has a BS in Computer from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
10.ALEX SALNIKOV, COFOUNDER AND CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER, RARIBLE
Alex Salnikov comes from a background in digital product design and product strategy, having worked at companies such as Google, Wix, and Microsoft. He is the co–founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Rarible, a decentralized marketplace for digital collectibles.
Alex is passionate about blockchain technology and the implications it has for creating a decentralized, open and more equitable world. He is an active contributor to the blockchain community, and regularly speaks and writes about the technology.
11.ANATOLY YAKOVENKO, COFOUNDER AND CEO, SOLANA
Solana is a high–performance blockchain protocol that is designed to scale to thousands of transactions per second and is powered by a new consensus algorithm called Proof–of–History (PoH). The protocol and its ecosystem are designed to be secure, efficient, and developer–friendly.
The company was founded in 2017 by Anatoly Yakovenko, a former software engineer at Dropbox and Qualcomm, and Greg Fitzgerald, a former engineer at Google. Since then, Solana has grown to a team of more than 30 people working on the project. We recently spoke with Anatoly about the project and his vision for the future of blockchain technology.
